Amnesia

The house is pitch black. I can't even see my own hand searching and flailing out for obstacles in the darkness. My lantern goes out and I panic, I have no oil left, nor do I have any tinderboxes. I trip over in the darkness fall and cut my self on a shard of glass from the lantern, even if i were to find some oil it would be of no use to me anymore. I hear footsteps and the sound of creaking floorboards and I can feel my heart thumping in my chest, it hurts. I keep walking until I touch a door, I locate the handle I turn it and open the door slowly. To find a mirror behind it. My reflection has a life of its own. It jumps out of the mirror and grabs me.

Woah, too much scary computer games? I think so. If you have played the game Amnesia then you will certainly see the similarity's between my dream and the game. My boyfriend downloaded the game yesterday and we had a play on it. He didn't find it scary he says that the only game he finds truly scary is Minecraft. But whats so scary about pixelated zombags and skelingtons? I find that the darkness, scary music and faint sounds are alot more scary. I mean in Minecraft at least you can get weapons. Here you just get a light source and that's about it. I refuse to play it, I can just about deal with watching, even then I'm almost shitting bricks.

Another thing that freaked me out a little is - When I came home I found a sheet of lined paper on my bed. It was school work but it wasn't mine. I looked up her name on Facebook (everyone has one of those these days.) and she goes to a different school. Got a little freaked until my boyfriend pointed out that she is friends with my brother...aha, I'm a silly boobahh.

Right I'm off for an early night, hopefully playing Amnesia this evening wont have any effect on my sanity. I'd wake up and my head would be pounding and my hands shaking.

I can't has sleep?

With the clocks going forward an hour and the fact that I don't actually feel like sleeping at night, it makes me feel painfully sleepy during the day. I mean I don't usually sleep in class, I find myself feeling too tense to relax enough. I daydream a lot though, about little things like 'What am I going to buy for lunch?' or 'What am I going to do after school?' to find myself snapped out of it with a 'are you listening?' or 'Pay attention' by the teachers.
Gonna post up an old-ish dream as I have had none recently that I remember.
I'm working at my primary school, for work experience. Its my first day and I'm also working the next day. My boyfriend is bed bound because his laptop is broken (He does not own a laptop) and is unable to walk me to work, so I walk on my own. I get there do my days work and stay for half an hour afterwards for a staff meeting. After the meeting they bring out alcohol and ask me to sleep the night at the school cause I'm working anyway. I refuse and start to walk home. My boyfriend meets me and he tells me that his laptop was never broken, so he could get out to walk me home. When we're walking home we walk down an alleyway and see walking in front of us 2 of our friends. We shoot them both with tranquilizer darts...that shoot water out around the person that's been shot. We laugh and carry on round the corner. To see a MASSIVE bouncy castle surrounded by sprinklers in the middle of a field. All my friends are there and we have a bounce. In the bouncy castle is a old homeless man sitting in the corner he has gray hair and stubble and a big grin on his face.In front of his crossed legs is a bucket full of empty glass bottles, which aren't tipping over. Someone tells me that my 'Music lesson' is over and me and my boyfriend walks home normally.
I think there's something about my dreams and bouncy castles, aha.
I'm gonna get to bed early and try to sleep for as long as I can. May read some Brisingr to make me more prone to doze, should work!

It's the weekend!

People spend their weekends in different ways. Some people go out for a 'sensible' drink or go to a house party. Others spend their time outside having a good time with their mates. Children and teens have sleepovers, some adults spend their weekend looking after said children/teens at said sleepovers. People go shopping, hit the town, spend some money, go somewhere new, go for a bike ride, go for a Sunday drive. We each have our own ways of 'unwinding' at the end of a long week at school/work.
Me? Well I spent my Saturday playing TESIV: Oblivion with my boyfriend. Went up town to see my Father and had a nice cuppa at a cafe with him. I like to lay in as much as I can (the latest I've EVER woken up is 9.30) and generally take it easy over the weekend...maybe get some homework done if I can be bothered.
I find that unwinding. I feel relaxed, ready to start another week at school on Monday.
I hope your Saturday was as relaxing as mine and I hope that you enjoy the clocks going forward tonight!

Friday is, almost always, a good day.

Friday. End of a week, start of a weekend. A week you'll never get back. I don't want this one back, I don't need it. I lost my temper too many times over the smallest things, stupid things. So many small stupid things. I don't need this time back. Some of it maybe, the time spent with my best friend and with my boyfriend I want to relive again and again, no doubt about that. But the rest of it can fuck right off.
Dreamt about my Nan last night. My Nan had breast cancer and beat it. Only to be told a year or so later that she would have to have another operation because it had spread. She came home for 3 days before being rushed to hospital with pains in her lower abdomen. she was unable to have the operation until she recovered from having her intestine bypassed. She became weaker and weaker, until she was bed bound, unable to talk and unable to mover more that her fingers.
Phillis died of spinal cancer on the 16th of October 2009.
I just relived her last days in my dream. Saw her struggle again. But hey, she's in a better place now. She's in no more pain. And thats good.
From now on, I hope to leave all bad things with a good side.
This week ended good, spent the evening playing TESIV:Oblivion, FableIII and watched some minecraft videos, with my boyfriend. And hope to continue the good times this weekend.
I love happy endings.

Stupid people are stupid. They also make me angry.

Very angry.
It's hot, I'm bothered, and generally not in a good mood anyway. People go talking behind my back, they spread rumors about me and others that are not true, even though someones scared the shit out of them and told them to leave off. They laugh at me over emails instead of to my face and they think they're 'hard'.
They get a punch in the face, from a girl. They carry on. Run past me shouting things. Say it to my face, yeah? Its ridiculous they get others to fight their fights, even though its got nothing to do with them whatsoever then say 'Hey, its got nothing to do with you either.' Wait, what? People spreading rumors about me aren't to do with me, is that what your saying?
   What assholes. Argh.
Right rant over. I'm off to kill some shit in TESIV: Oblivion.

Sweet dreams! Nanashi.

White Hall

I'm walking down a hall. The walls and floor are white, I keep on bumping into them and almost falling over. I hear a cough behind me so I start running. Stumbling and falling more and more often. The walls behind me now have a orange tint to them and I start to feel a scorching heat against my back. (I can feel slight pain in my dreams.) It's a fire. I run my fastest and land on my hands and knees, I curl up into a ball, just waiting for the fire to reach me. I hear the fire alarm go off right in my ear, and I wake up.
To my wake up alarm in real life. Sounds strangely like the fire alarm, heh. Got to sleep quite late last night bout half 11ish. Woke up at 3am and then again at 5.30am. My alarm went off at 6.50am. Probably got enough sleep to last me through the day.

The Rabbit Girl.

Today was not a good day. Ended up breaking down in tears halfway through the day. Not even sure why, just did. Missed break and the whole of the next lesson. My boyfriend stayed with me at break and my best friend stayed with me the next two lessons. They helped a lot, but I still feel at around 25% even now...at 9pm. Joy.
No dream last night, which is a little weird. But it's a good thing, I'm sure. Had a full nights sleep, with no interruptions. Yey!
But as this is 'Nanashi's Night Frights' I should get up one of my dreams fairly soon. So why not now? Might as well. This dream isent really a fright as such, not all of them are. It's quite old as well, had it maybe a month or so ago. Many of them are fairly messed up. Like this one:
I'm at a park near my house, I'm with quite a few of my friends and were playing about on the field nearby. I walk away from the group and into some bushes that line the field, and see a little girl crouched down on the floor. She has blond curly hair and dressed like one of those porcelain dolls (this kinda reminds me of the manga 'Pet shop of horrors'.) I called out to my friends saying that I have found a 'bunny rabbit' when she clearly looks like a little girl. I take her into town and ask at the pet shop if that have any rabbit food. I buy a food bowlfood and the water container for the side of cages. After that I walked back home with the 'bunny rabbit' and hid her in the cupboard under the sink, so my mother wouldn't find her. I fed her and looked after her keeping her a secret from my family. (I don't remember a lot about the end bit...) But she soon she finds a way out and runs off, I chase her and we end up in a massive hall that has bouncy floor...like a bouncy castle.
It's a little strange and not a Night Fright at all. But I found it interesting and I hope you did too.

Introduction?

With this being my first attempt at a blog I have no clue really how to start. It's probably best to introduce myself, right?
Hi, I'm Nanashi. Fourteen years of age and female. My grades are average and my spelling is terrible. I enjoy Music, Art and Science. I play the piano, bass and guitar. I also enjoy watching anime and reading. I'm quite a hyperactive girl sometimes, but for the most part I find myself tired and down in the dumps. I get bulled quite a bit and many have regretted saying something hurtful to my face.
At night my mind wanders and I get dreams that I can remember quite easily. Almost all of them wake me in the night and most are scary...some are just down right crazy. Which is one of the main reasons why I decided to start up this blog. To tell people about the nightly craziness that goes on in my head.

Don't get me wrong, I wont just be posting my dreams up here, but that's what this will be for the most part.
So, erm. Yeah, hope you enjoy seeing into my head. :)
Nanashi.
